  If I could give them zero stars I would, and I'm usually generous. Paperless billing consists of a single text message at an ungodly hour (11pm or 4am usually). No email, no other follow up texts. I've repeatedly called to get paper bills, but for some reason I haven't received one yet. They keep charging me for past due bills, however I pay them. I think they are completely mismanaged and corrupt. How can the distribution charges and taxes total more than the price of the electric?!?!? I've lived in many states and have purchased electric from co-ops before. Never have I paid this much.
